LEMON CREAM & ALMOND MACARONS
A serious favourite with everyone at Flavours by Jones. This macaron is a real labour of love, with more processes than the others, but it is definitely worth it. The lemon taste is truely outstanding. Lemon zest is rubbed with sugar, cooked with a bain-marie and hand blended for a velvety result. A further dimension of texture is achieved by folding ground almonds through the lemon cream.

SALTED BUTTER CARAMEL MACARONS
Another favourite flavour, salted butter caramel is simply delicious, wherever we find it. A good caramel should be strong in flavour and a rich amber in colour. Salted and unsalted butter form the base and some sea salt flakes provide for little surprises. Every mouthful is full of pleasure.

RASPBERRY MACARONS
A real tangy treat brought alive through a fresh raspberry reduction used in the white chocoalte ganache. Beautiful, tangy, and creamy, we think the taste of these macarons is on another level.

STRAWBERRY MACARONS
Strawberry is not the easiest flavour to work with, even when making a reduction from fresh strawberries. A dash of lemon reduction helps bring out the subtle strawberry flavour which lingers after the taste of white chocolate finishes.

CHOCOLATE & VALENCIA ORANGE MACARONS
Zesty, fruity, fresh and exotic; orange and chocolate is a well-loved classic combination. 70% Belgian dark chocolate & Belgian milk chocolate provide an intense, rich and bitter balance to the sweetness of macaron and orange. By adding natural orange flavours, there’s a delicious and pleasant taste in every mouthful of this macaron

ROSE MACARONS
Our rose macarons are heavily inspired by Chef Pierre Hermé. We make a complicated rose butter cream combining natural rose essence and syrup for a beautiful floral flavour. No doubt that you will fall in love with them. A true classic.

VANILLA MACARONS
Vanilla is a well-known ingredient in baked goods, and we couldn’t resist offering this classic flavour in our macarons. Both the grenache and shells have a yummy vanilla flavour and we use organic Bourbon Vanilla, a fair, ethical and sustainable source of vanilla.

CHOCOLATE MACARONS
Simple but delicious. 70% dark chocolate & a little milk chocolate whisked into cream and butter, forming the perfect chocolate ganache.

PISTACHIO MACARONS
We love pistachio so creating our pistachio macarons was a must! The main ingredient of the ganache is pistachio paste. We use a pistachio paste crafted by Sicilian artisans and made from 100% tree-ripened and hand-harvested Sicilian pistachios, mixed with fine Belgium white chocolate to make a rich & creamy ganache.
