LES MACARONS

Our macarons are handmade and each of them may be different. We use Italian meringue and various French cooking methods for the fillings. We use the finest local and organic products where possible to make the perfect taste so you can order delicious macarons online.

 

All macarons contain eggs, milk, and nuts. Some contain soya.

 

Macarons should be refrigerated and either wrapped in cling film or held in an air-tight containter to protect them from moisture. Though you can keep them up to 5 days in your fridge, they are at their best within 2-3 days after they arrive.  

 

Take out from the fridge no more than 20 minutes before enjoying them at room temperature.
