Local Delivery
Free Delivery for orders more than £12 within BN6 & RH15 postcode on Wednesday and Saturday only.
For collection orders (no minimum order value), orders must be received by 12pm on Wednesday for collection is on Saturday and 12pm on Monday for collection on Wednesday after 12pm from Albourne, Hassocks.
Nationwide Delivery
We dispatch all orders twice a week. 1. All orders placed before 10am on Wednesday will be shipped via APC Overnight or Royal Mail on a Thursday with delivery on a Friday. 2. All orders placed before 12am on Sunday will be shipped via APC Overnight or Royal Mail on a Tuesday with delivery on a Wednesday.

Delivery is free for orders over £50. All other orders will incur a £6 delivery charge.
You should receive an email or text notification the morning your order is due to be delivered from APC or Royal Mail with the shipping/tracking number. APC Overnight or Royal Mail aim to deliver by 5pm

1. We will confirm if we can deliver to you and if we can your estimated delivery date, in the Dispatch Confirmation.
2. Product’s will be delivered in accordance with our delivery timeframes as outlined at point of placing an order unless there are exceptional circumstances, for example, if delivery is affected by an Event Outside Our Control (see condition16 for our responsibilities). Please note that delivery dates are estimates only.
3. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, or to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and some of Scottish offshore islands. There are also areas of the Scottish Highlands that we are unable to deliver to by using APC Overnight but we can deliver by Royal Mail next day Special delivery Please contact us via info@flavoursbyjones.com for the quote, if you live in these areas.
4. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given us the correct delivery address and any special delivery instructions. Please make sure someone is at home to receive the delivery or your delivery may be delayed. Our insulated packaging will remain cool for up to 48 hours. However, it should be refrigeratedimmediately upon the arrival.
5. If you are not in when we deliver your Products, we may leave your Products on your designated safe place at our discretion. If we have left your Products in your safe place, or another place deemed safe by our driver, and they are stolen or damaged, we do not accept any liability.
6. Due to Events outside our control, if the package is not delivered within the attempted first day then it will be redelivered the next day. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that the courier experience.
An Event Outside Our Control includes any act, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; impossibility / breakdown of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport including traffic; failure by our suppliers to supply; failure of public or private telecommunications networks (including the internet); and the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
